Who is todays Old Imperial Guard?
La Garde Imperiále d´Austerlitz est une troupe historique qui figurent aux uniformes des grenadiers français de la garde imperiale de La Garde Impériale d´Austerlitz is a historic troop which performs in the uniforms of French guard grenadiers of the emperor Napoleon I. The seat of the unit is in Austerlitz in the Czech Republic. The group associates the people interested in history of the period 1792-1815 from the Czech Republic and Slovakia but we cooperate with friends in guard uniforms from Belgium, France and Germany.
The troop is integrated into CENS (Central European Napoleonic Society)( www.austerlitz.org) and the troop alone or with other Napoleonic troops from the Czech Republic take part in events in the Czech Republic and all Europe (galerie, kalendář akcí).
